At Modus Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home investment. If your new piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal within 30 days of delivery to start your return authorization process.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled and securely repacked in its original packaging to prevent damage during the transit back to our warehouse.

  Schedule Transportation

  Once your request is approved, our freight partners will contact you to schedule a convenient time for curbside or white-glove pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
